I don’t think anything else could have gone wrong today. I had to drive 4 hours to Portland to find out whats going on with this metal bar through my chest (had an operation call pectus excavatum, the bar is holding out mu breast bone and ribs, which were concave) Come to find out, i was right, it has been shifting. It has gone from horizontal, and is now closer to vertical, if it flips around lets my bones go back in, it would break out mu side.. and probably kill me.
SO my surgeon has ordered me to stop climbing until after I have a corrective surgery (where they go in and force the bar back into place, and if that doesn’t work, replace with a new one, and a tube coming out of my chest) After all that I have to wait for his okay to climb again..
I also got wait listed for the private school I’ve been working to go to all year. My on of my really close family friends vertebra literally exploded, and got suck in her spinal cored and shit. And I lost my cell phone.
I think I’m at the college where I climb more then my own house. I’m here for 7 hours on the days that I climb alone. And when ever I have anything to work on, I come here to take advantage of the quite, and the students or professors.
